The 5th annual Texas Strings Festival will take place on the campus of The University of Texas at Austin, from June 15th – 25th, 2018. We are honored to host faculty with impressive resumes, with affiliate institutions like The Juilliard School, Boston Symphony, University of Houston, among others. Students focus on solo and chamber music, chamber orchestra, private lessons, masterclasses and interesting elective courses.
The Young Artist Division, developed for those students from ages 6 and up who are able to adequately play Suzuki Book 3 and can read music. The Young Artist Division will take place June 18-25.
The Rising Stars Division is for those students who are performance focused and exceptionally gifted. The dates for this division are June 15 – 25.
